The "spacer" is out!

Well Miranda's spacer came tonight...She seemed to be relieved that it is finally out. She has had in for about 3 months. The purpose for this was for it to straighten out her overbite & to help her stop the thumb sucking. It did it's job! The last time the girls were at the orthodontist, he said that he would take out but he was afraid that they may go back to sucking their thumbs. Therefore, if it comes out on it's own, then it will not be put back in. Now we just have to make sure she does not put her thumb back in her mouth. She said that she won't, so we will see!!!
