These photos were taken at school. I can't believe the girls are 71/2 years old & almost done 1st grade. It went so fast. It's amazing how much they are learning. They love books!!!! The enjoy reading & being read too. Math is not Miranda's best subject, she does not want any part of it. As soon as it is time to learn math, she slouches in her chair, starts twirling her hair & sucks her thumb. As for Gabriella, she doesn't mind it at all. Art is definitely a favorite between the two of them. They get so excited when it is art day. Keeping the girls in the same class was the best decision that we made, and we will have them together again for 2nd grade. Some people believe that twins should be separated in school b/c they think they will develop their own personality. But I have to say that our girls do have their own personality and they have their own friends. They will play together at recess but will do their own thing.
I still dress my girls alike, b/c it's easier when shopping for them. They don't mind it at all. I am sure before we know it, they will be doing their own thing, but for now we enjoy it while we can.
